Excellent location, great breakfast.
rooms smelt a bit of toilets, not sure if it was the drains or the cleaning products? We had two rooms and they both had a urine sort of odour, although not overpowering.

I thought the greeting and efficiency of the reception staff was good. The room was very clean and comfortable-just right for a business trip. Having the restaurant/pub next door was also a bonus.

It was quiet and accommodating, with friendly staff. It was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anybody with a family or in need of a quiet stay.

All the staff members that I came into contact with for these three days, in the hotel and Beefeater, were excellent. They worked tirelessly to make me very welcome at all times. The location was very quiet, with a large and free car park. Would recommend without hesitation, and being in the hospitality trade myself it is rare to find such excellence. Well done to all, and never change.

Handy for motorway, good to have restaraunt next door and other facilities close by too.
Experienced noise from the car park at all hours

The hotel was in good proximity of our friends and families places of residence with good links to both retail parks and the city centre.

Ease of check-in Suitable room size to accomodate child Location
Thermostat that would re-set to a high temperature 26c in August. Towel rail above toilet allows towels to fall into toilet bowl. Room doors slam shut due to spring.

Friendly welcome, clean rooms fine for two adults and two kids, comfy beds. The breakfast at the Beefeater was great and kids eat free. Quiet hotel is fine for a few days.
Nothing bad but you do of course need a car in order to get anywhere.

Premier Inns never let us down. Always a very high standard for a reasonable price. The staff are brilliant. Special requests are sorted whenever possible. Breakfast in the nearby Beefeater was very good, a higher standard than in some of their other locations, e.g., fresh croissants, rather than the pre-packed ones. Parking is never a problem at any Premier Inn we have stayed at, including this one. Proximity to the two motorways is ideal - we were breaking the journey between Yorkshire and Hampshire there. Ideal
The bedding was too warm. I wonder if Premier Inns (as a Group) change to summer weight duvets? We feel they should do! The Beefeater restaurant next door is quite expensive, when compared with other group restaurants which support Premier Inns. Had we known we would have walked 100 yards across the road to the Fayre and Square, which always offer good value

Very good staff on the reception, prepared to take time to explain how our stay could be more pleasant. Very quiet room, big enough and with choices of pillow, extra bedding available and soap provided. The breakfast was particularly good in that the ingredients (sausages, bacon) were of good quality rather than bough to a price.

Situated at a business park with a Beefeater on site. We were visiting family in the area, with our 9 yr ol and 4yr old. Exactly what you expect fom premier inn, basic but comfortable and clean, excellent all you can eat breakfast at the Beefeater opposite and friendly, courteous staff at the hotel. Plenty to do at Meridian Park, just a stones through away, with the big leisure corporates such as Hollywood Bowl and Vue cinemas.
The Bathrooms were very clean but a little outdated.
